Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting or Accounting & Tax Admin
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
• Strong integrity and willingness to learn
• Preferred Qualifications (for both positions)
• Experience in the retail, FMCG, or distribution industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Accurate
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of integrity

Tanggung Jawab

• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accounting and tax documentation
• Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Assist in tax administration, including VAT, Withholding Tax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting and tax records
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and tax matters
