We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to lead our affiliate team, develop scalable affiliate strategies, and accelerate revenue growth through creator partnerships and performance driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Affiliate Marketing team to achieve business targets. Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase GMV, revenue, and brand awareness.

Build, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates, creators, agencies, and strategic partners. Set affiliate commission structures, campaign strategies, incentive programs, and promotional plans. Monitor team performance and ensure all KPIs are achieved consistently.

Analyze affiliate performance metrics (GMV, ROI, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS) and provide strategic recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with Marketing, Live Streaming, KOL, Creative, E-Commerce, and Product teams to maximize campaign effectiveness. Manage affiliate budgets efficiently while ensuring profitable growth.
