The Southern Hotel Surabaya adalah hotel yang berfokus pada pelayanan tamu yang profesional dan ramah. Posisi ini berada di bawah tim Front Office dan Guest Services. Sebagai Bell Driver / Valet, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan layanan tamu yang luar biasa, mengelola operasional kendaraan, dan memastikan pengalaman kedatangan serta keberangkatan tamu berjalan lancar. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam menciptakan kesan pertama dan terakhir yang positif bagi tamu hotel.
Tanggung jawab: Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional demeanour; Manage vehicle parking services, ensuring safe and secure placement of guest vehicles; Operate and maintain hotel vehicles, including shuttle services and guest transportation as required; Assist guests with luggage handling and transport to their rooms or the lobby; Provide directions and local information to guests regarding attractions and services in Surabaya; Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the valet area, including vehicles and equipment; Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly; Handle guest requests and concerns with courtesy and efficiency; Comply with all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and traffic.
