CECT Universitas Trisakti membuka kesempatan bagi profesional untuk bergabung sebagai Community Development Officer di Blitar, Jawa Timur. Peran ini berfokus pada inisiatif pengembangan masyarakat yang berdampak positif dan berkelanjutan. Sebagai Community Development Officer, Anda akan terlibat langsung dengan anggota komunitas lokal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mereka dan merancang program yang berdampak. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk instansi pemerintah, organisasi nirlaba, dan kelompok masyarakat untuk memberikan solusi yang berkelanjutan, serta melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas inisiatif yang dijalankan.
Tanggung jawab: Engaging with local community members to identify needs and develop impactful programs; Designing and implementing community development projects that address social, economic, and environmental challenges; Collaborating with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organisations, and community groups; Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of community development initiatives; Preparing reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes; Providing support and mentorship to community members.
