PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting a Japanese wooden door manufacturing company in their search for a Compliance Manager. This role is based in Krian, Sidoarjo, and involves overseeing regulatory adherence and operational standards. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing corporate licensing, certification requirements, and ensuring the company operates in accordance with both local and international standards, including Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and sustainability requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Licensing, Regulatory Affairs, or a similar position; Strong knowledge of Risk-Based OSS System and corporate licensing/certification requirements; Comprehensive understanding of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (QHSE) standards; Familiarity with international compliance and sustainability standards, including CTPAT, SMETA, FSC, and SVLK requirements; Willing to do an offline interview.
