Shape the Future of Beauty. We're looking for an exceptional Creative Director to lead our creative vision and build campaigns that inspire, engage, and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with outstanding creative execution. You'll oversee the entire creative ecosystem—from brand identity and storytelling to campaign development and content production—while leading a high-performing creative team.

What You'll Do Define and execute the overall creative vision across all brand touchpoints. Lead and mentor the Creative Team, including Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Videographers, Social Media Specialists, and Copywriters.

Develop integrated 360° marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives. Direct concept development, storyboarding, photoshoots, video productions, and creative executions. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity, positioning, and business objectives.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Performance Marketing, E-Commerce, Affiliate, KOL, Live Commerce, and Product teams. Transform market insights and consumer behavior into impactful creative strategies. Stay ahead of beauty, fashion, social media, and digital content trends.
