Retail Lifestyle Brand – ZUMA Sandals PT Dream Dare Discover Location: Surabaya | Full-time ZUMA is a fast-growing Indonesian lifestyle sandal brand with a growing retail network across Indonesia, supported by digital, marketplace, wholesale, warehouse, and other business channels. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance & Accounting Supervisor to strengthen financial control, ensure accounting accuracy, monitor cash flow and receivables, and supervise the Finance & Accounting team across ZUMA Group.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance financial control, accounting accuracy, and operational speed in a fast-moving retail environment. Review and approve vendor payments, operational payments, advances, reimbursements, and expense settlements. Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances, and bank transactions across the Group.

Prepare and monitor cash flow projections and monthly ZUMA Group Cash Flow Reports. Perform bank reconciliation and coordinate with banking partners and related service providers. Conduct and supervise periodic cash counts.

Supervise daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system. Monitor General Ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.

Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing. Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure necessary corrections are completed. Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) across branches and business units.
