• Product Development and Innovation
• Collaborate with the research and development team to brainstorm and develop new product concepts
• Source innovative packaging materials and execute on R&D
• Maintain and update project priorities and statuses
• Sample and Logistics Management
• Oversee the shipment of product samples and coordinate delivery materials using Third Party Couriers
• Request, coordinate, and track samples with our packing facilities and external partners
• Create detailed sample specifications and ensure physical sample fittings are accurate at our offline facilities
• Keep the sample tracking systems updated and organized
• Packaging and Artwork Coordination
• Partner with our design team to coordinate packaging artwork for packaging items
• Ensure all designs are accurate, including nutrition facts, ingredient lists, etc
• Review, proof, and send updated artwork files for purchase orders
• Quality, Compliance, and Documentation
• Calculate and verify nutrition panels in coordination with the research and development team
• Create new product specifications and update existing ones
• Manage quality feedback from partners and ensure issues are addressed
• Capture and maintain accurate pricing data
• Cross-Functional Support
• Provide copywriting support and feedback for our ongoing website redesign
• Input and manage content for the product catalog
• Handle occasional office management tasks, including ordering supplies or machinery
