Meratus Group is a leading integrated maritime and logistics operator in Indonesia, established in 1957. The company operates over 45 shipping routes, a fleet of 100 vessels, and a network of container terminals and logistics centers, focusing on digitalization and innovation. The Hospitality Manager will oversee end-to-end maritime passenger services across shore terminals and fleet vessels. This role is responsible for ensuring top-tier service standards, managing food quality, coordinating with vendors, and supervising smooth embarkation and debarkation operations to maintain a high-quality passenger experience.
Tanggung jawab: Enforce service checklists and maintain shore/ship facilities; Verify entertainment systems and coordinate insurance claims; Manage passenger/vehicle flow during boarding, VIP manifests, and standby medical teams; Audit food supply quantity/quality and select monthly menus; Coordinate vessel berthing schedules and manage waste disposal; Plan terminal promotional events and compile daily/monthly performance & cost-evaluation reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Maritime, or Business Management; 3–5 years experience in maritime, hotel, or cruise passenger services; Strong leadership skills; Vendor management skills; Operational reporting skills.
