Human Capital Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Capital Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Abjaya Multi Investama . In this full-time role based in Surabaya, East Java , you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and growth of our organisation. What you'll be doing Develop and manage Human Capital work programs and budgeting.

Design, evaluate, and continuously improve organizational structures and Organization Development initiatives. Develop and monitor Performance Management systems through KPIs, Nine-Box Matrix, and other relevant tools. Formulate strategies for productivity measurement, Manpower Planning, and Workload Analysis.

Develop and monitor the implementation of Competency Matrix frameworks. Design Compensation & Benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations. Develop and implement remuneration strategies aligned with company objectives.

Establish Employee Relations programs and Individual Development Plans (IDP). Design and implement Talent Management Systems (TMS). Develop and manage Succession Planning programs.

Formulate and update employee-related policies and procedures. Ensure all Human Capital department activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and government regulations. Communicate company policies effectively to employees to foster a positive and harmonious industrial relations environment.
