The HVAC Technician reports directly to the Mechanical Engineer Supervisor. This role is responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work at the journeyman level, adhering to International Building Code (IBC) standards. The technician will work across all facilities on the New Consulate Compound (NCC), including office buildings, outbuildings, ancillary structures, and residential properties owned or leased by the organization.
