Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menerjemahkan konsep desain ke dalam tata letak visual dan mood board yang estetis. Staf akan terlibat dalam perencanaan ruang, pemilihan material, finishing, dan furnitur, serta memastikan setiap detail desain memenuhi standar kualitas perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup pembuatan gambar teknis, perencanaan ruang, dan rendering 3D untuk mendukung proyek interior. Kandidat diharapkan mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam tim, menerima umpan balik, serta mengelola waktu dan tugas dengan efisien.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.; Knowledge of design principles, space planning, and color theory.; Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.; Ability to translate concepts into visual layouts and mood boards.; Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture selection.; Should reflect creativity, technical drawings, space planning, and rendering skills.; Strong communication and collaboration skills.; Ability to take feedback and work in a team setting.; Time management and organizational ability.; Autodesk AutoCAD / 3Ds Max; Google SketchUp; 3D rendering (e.g. Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Coreldraw, & Illustrator).
