Tanggung jawab utama Anda meliputi pengawasan dan pemeliharaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (QMS) berdasarkan standar ISO, bertindak sebagai perwakilan manajemen untuk audit eksternal, serta memimpin pelaksanaan audit mutu internal. Anda juga akan memfasilitasi rapat tinjauan manajemen dan memastikan penyelesaian temuan audit secara efektif guna mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan di lingkungan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards; Serve as the Management Representative, ensuring effective communication and coordination between management and external auditors; Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of non-conformities and audit findings; Facilitate management review meetings, ensuring that quality objectives, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives are effectively communicated and addressed; Anda peduli dengan kualitas; menyukai prosedur dan standarisasi, tertantang untuk; memahami proses kerja semua bagian, Anda yang kami cari! Kualifikasi: Age & Education: Maximum 35 years old with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Science, or a related field; Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Internal Audit and Quality Management Systems, preferably within the Manufacturing industry; Standards & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS), SA 8000, SMETA , CTPAT and other relevant standards; Auditing Skills: Understand auditing standards, procedures, legal laws, and government regulations; Certifications: Possession of ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certificates is highly desirable; Data & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office , with a strong ability to process large amounts of data and compile detailed compliance reports; Analytical Capabilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and sound independent judgment; Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the resilience to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Placement / Location: Nganjuk, East Java.
