Tanggung Jawab

• Lead manufacturing development and improvement projects
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and commissioning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Development, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement within FMCG/Food Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and Food Safety Systems
• Excellent leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Project
• English literacy (would be an advantage)
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
• A natural affiliation with a fast paced environment
• Dynamic and Highly motivated with strong problem solving skill
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively to all level with clarity and authority, Confidently present to all level and effectively transfer a message
• Willing to be placed at Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java
