Lead and manage manufacturing development projects to achieve company objectives, timelines, and operational requirements.
Tanggung jawab: Lead manufacturing development and improvement projects; Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and commissioning; Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives; Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards; Requirements:; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or Business Management; Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Development, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement within FMCG/Food Manufacturing; Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and Food Safety Systems; Excellent leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office & Project; English literacy (would be an advantage); Strong management and leadership skills; Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines; A natural affiliation with a fast paced environment; Dynamic and Highly motivated with strong problem solving skill; Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively to all level with clarity and authority, Confidently present to all level and effectively transfer a message; Willing to be placed at Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java.
