Tanggung Jawab

• Lead B2B marketing activities, including lead generation and client engagement
• Track and maintain accurate client records, forecasts, and documentation in CRM systems
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and sales targets
• Strengthen brand positioning as a software developer company
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the software industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing campaigns, budget, and performance insight reporting
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the marketing activities
• Lead and evaluate the Marketing team
• Requirements:
• Speak fluently and write effectively in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have AI knowledge, experience, or certification ( need to specify during interview )
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team
• An organized person with a positive mindset
• Academic: Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management, Public relations or related field
• Strong exposure in digital marketing strategy, social media management
• Job Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing
