A leadership role responsible for overseeing procurement operations within the automation equipment industry. The position involves managing the entire supplier lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluation to performance management, while ensuring localized procurement workflows are optimized for the Indonesian market. Beyond operational tasks, the supervisor is tasked with cost control, budget execution, and team development. The role requires managing a team of three professionals, resolving cross-cultural workplace gaps, and delivering data-driven reports to senior management to align supply chain operations.
Tanggung jawab: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management of international and local Indonesian suppliers; Establish, refine, and standardize procurement workflows tailored to the automation equipment industry; Develop and execute annual procurement budgets and cost-reduction strategies; Oversee day-to-day operations, task allocation, and performance evaluations of a team of three procurement professionals; Deliver data-driven reports and performance presentations using PPT and Excel.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree or above; Solid procurement background specifically within the automation equipment or manufacturing industry; Professional working proficiency in English; Ability to use Mandarin (Chinese) for communication; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Proven ability to translate supply chain data into clear business reports; Exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation, and strategic reporting skills; Demonstrated experience or strong potential in managing localized teams.
