Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Design, Footwear Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Footwear Product Development
• Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, pattern engineering, outsole, midsole, and manufacturing processes
• Experience working with sports footwear is highly preferred
• Able to manage multiple development projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work full-time in Jombang, East Java
• Candidates currently domiciled in East Java will be given priority

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead footwear product development from design concept through mass production
• Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, QA, Production, and Factory teams to ensure smooth product development
• Review footwear construction, materials, patterns, tooling, and fitting to achieve the desired quality and performance
• Manage sample development, product revisions, and technical improvements throughout the development process
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to fit, durability, comfort, manufacturability, and product performance
• Ensure development timelines are achieved according to seasonal calendars and production schedules
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality products efficiently
• Prepare and maintain accurate product development documentation, specifications, and technical records
