We are looking for a proactive and analytical Production Engineer (Project Engineer) to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our production operations. In this role, you will be involved in production process analysis, efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, cost reduction, equipment optimization, and engineering projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with production and cross-functional teams to solve technical issues and implement sustainable improvements. This position is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates eager to build a career in engineering and manufacturing.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 (D4) in Electrical Engineering or relevant sub-discipline; Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university; Good understanding of troubleshooting, failure analysis, and preventive action; Able to read and create technical/engineering drawings; drafting skills preferred; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; Willing to be placed in Gresik.
