• Ensure all QC operations comply with GMP/ISO 22716 , internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Approve and verify test results for raw materials, in-process products, bulk, and finished goods
• Oversee stability testing programs and product shelf-life evaluations
• Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D to investigate deviations or non-conformities
• Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement efforts
• Review and sign off on Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and product release documents
• Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and improvement recommendations
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement
• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist (STRA Active)
• At least 5 years as a Manager specialized in Quality Control or equivalent in cosmetics and personal care is a plus
• Required skills are GMP CPKB, Good Laboratory Practice (ISO 17025), ISO 9001, and SJPH
• Understanding of local and international cosmetic regulation (BPOM)
• Strong understanding of analytical method validation, microbiological & chemical testing, equipment calibration & qualification
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong written & verbal communications in english
