Leads all quality control activities meet established quality standards, and ensures compliance with GMP/ISO 22716 and relevant cosmetic regulations.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure all QC operations comply with GMP/ISO 22716 , internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements; Approve and verify test results for raw materials, in-process products, bulk, and finished goods; Oversee stability testing programs and product shelf-life evaluations; Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing; Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D to investigate deviations or non-conformities; Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement efforts; Review and sign off on Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and product release documents; Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and improvement recommendations; Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement; Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist (STRA Active); At least 5 years as a Manager specialized in Quality Control or equivalent in cosmetics and personal care is a plus; Required skills are GMP CPKB, Good Laboratory Practice (ISO 17025), ISO 9001, and SJPH; Understanding of local and international cosmetic regulation (BPOM); Strong understanding of analytical method validation, microbiological & chemical testing, equipment calibration & qualification; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders; Strong written & verbal communications in english.
