The Retail Assistant serves as the frontline representative for selling activities, focusing on providing experiential customer service to outdoor enthusiasts. This role involves acting as an advisor to customers, identifying their needs for outdoor activities, and providing detailed product recommendations based on features, material, and technology. The assistant is involved in the end-to-end sales flow, from product arrival at the store to the final purchase.

Kualifikasi: Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB) is a plus; Customer Oriented; Willing to work shifts and work on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores.
