EIGER is a company that values diversity and inclusivity, seeking a Retail Assistant to join their team. This role is at the frontline of sales, where you will act as an advisor to customers, identifying their outdoor activity needs and providing product recommendations. You will be involved in end-to-end selling activities, from the arrival of products at the store until they reach the customer, while explaining product features, functions, materials, and technology.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB) is a plus; Customer-oriented; Willing to work shifts and on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores.
