PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is a recruitment firm seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff (Outbound) to join their team in Pasuruan, East Java. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on managing the movement of goods from the warehouse facility to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all shipments. The role is vital for maintaining the company's reputation for reliable and prompt delivery services. The staff will be responsible for the end-to-end outbound process, including picking, packing, scanning, and loading goods, while ensuring all inventory movements are accurately recorded and safety standards are strictly followed.
Tanggung jawab: Picking and packing items from inventory according to customer orders and shipping documentation; Verifying product accuracy and condition before items are dispatched; Loading and unloading goods onto delivery vehicles in an organised and safe manner; Scanning and labelling packages with correct shipping information and tracking details; Maintaining accurate records of outbound shipments and inventory movements; Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required; Ensuring all outbound items meet quality and safety standards prior to departure; Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
