Hollister membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang dinamis untuk bergabung sebagai Sales Assistant di Surabaya. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam melayani serta membantu para pelanggan, sekaligus mengawasi penjualan berbagai produk dan layanan dari perusahaan. Melalui peran ini, Anda akan berinteraksi langsung dengan klien maupun calon pembeli untuk memastikan pengalaman belanja yang memuaskan dan mendukung pencapaian target penjualan perusahaan. Tanggung jawab harian Anda meliputi mendemonstrasikan fitur-fitur produk secara menarik, memeriksa kondisi merchandise, menangani proses pemesanan, serta memberikan pelayanan pelanggan yang prima kepada setiap klien. Selain itu, Anda juga bertugas memproses pesanan, melakukan tindak lanjut kepada pembeli, menata display produk agar terlihat rapi dan menarik, serta menyiapkan cek penjualan. Peran ini juga menuntut Anda untuk memastikan keamanan penyimpanan stok barang, merencanakan pengaturan layanan purna jual, serta menjalankan berbagai tugas operasional guna mendukung kelancaran aktivitas ritel secara keseluruhan.

Kualifikasi: At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities; Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker; Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company; Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others; A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills; Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
