PT Karya Megah Gunungmas mencari Sales Retail Manager yang berpengalaman dan berorientasi pada hasil untuk memimpin serta memperluas operasi penjualan ritel di wilayah Jabodetabek. Peran ini sangat strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis melalui pencapaian target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan. Sebagai Sales Manager Regional, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola tim, merancang strategi penjualan, dan memastikan operasional ritel berjalan efektif. Anda diharapkan memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat serta pemahaman mendalam mengenai industri bahan bangunan atau konstruksi untuk mendukung ekspansi pasar perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the building materials or construction-related industry; Professional and presentable appearance; Bachelor’s degree (S1) is highly preferred; Domiciled in Sidoarjo or surrounding areas; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel; Strong analytical, communication, managerial, and leadership skills; Highly target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
