Responsibilities include marketing hotel products and services, building partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and other market segments to boost occupancy, room revenue, banquet, meeting, and outlet revenue. The incumbent must ensure customer needs are met professionally and maintain sustainable business relationships.
