About the role As an R&D Specialist , you will play a key role in developing innovative products/services that align with market needs and support the company’s business strategy. You will conduct research, analyze industry trends, and test concepts and prototypes to deliver value-added solutions.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Research & Development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto

Tanggung Jawab

Conduct market research, industry trend analysis, and monitor the latest technologies
Develop concepts, formulas, or designs for new products
Perform trials, testing, analysis, and evaluation of developed products/processes
Prepare reports on research findings and provide development recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, quality, etc.) to implement new products/processes
Ensure innovations comply with regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements
