About the role As an R&D Specialist , you will play a key role in developing innovative products/services that align with market needs and support the company’s business strategy. You will conduct research, analyze industry trends, and test concepts and prototypes to deliver value-added solutions.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct market research, industry trend analysis, and monitor the latest technologies; Develop concepts, formulas, or designs for new products; Perform trials, testing, analysis, and evaluation of developed products/processes; Prepare reports on research findings and provide development recommendations; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, quality, etc.) to implement new products/processes; Ensure innovations comply with regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience in Research & Development; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven; Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto.
