Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola operasional harian restoran di bawah naungan Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi & Ta Wan). Peran ini mencakup kepemimpinan tim, pengawasan kualitas layanan, manajemen biaya, serta pencapaian target penjualan untuk pertumbuhan bisnis.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members; Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards; Open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division; Studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses; Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality; Being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.
Kualifikasi: Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent; Have at least 2 years’ experience as Store Manager / Assisstant Manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food); Highly motivated and self-driven; Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure; Strategic thinker and target oriented; Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; Ability to understand financial reports; Well-groomed and presentable; Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi & Ta Wan).
