A management role within the F&B industry, specifically for brands under Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi & Ta Wan). The Store Manager is responsible for leading, supervising, and evaluating team performance, ensuring all operations adhere to SOPs and quality standards. This includes managing daily restaurant operations, tracking sales, controlling costs, and driving business growth through innovation.

Kualifikasi: Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.; Have at least 2 years’ experience as Store Manager / Assisstant Manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).; Highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.; Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.; Strategic thinker and target oriented.; Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.; Well-groomed and presentable.; Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi & Ta Wan)..
