Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi & Ta Wan) merupakan perusahaan kuliner yang mengelola berbagai brand restoran. Posisi Store Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin operasional harian restoran, termasuk mengelola kinerja tim, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP, serta mengawasi aspek keuangan seperti pelacakan penjualan, pengendalian biaya barang, dan biaya tenaga kerja untuk mencapai standar kualitas dan pertumbuhan bisnis.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members; Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards; Open and close the restaurant; Run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division; Studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses; Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality.
Kualifikasi: Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent; Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Store Manager / Assistant Manager di industri F&B (restaurant, casual dining, fast food); Highly motivated and self-driven; Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill; Can work under pressure; Strategic thinker and target oriented; Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; Ability to understand financial reports; Well-groomed and presentable; Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary.
