Supervisor Produksi

As a Production Supervisor at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk, an integrated poultry company with food manufacturing and frozen food operations at our Nganjuk facility. You will manage teams, monitor production flow and quality, and ensure all processes meet food safety, hygiene, and efficiency standards, delivering consistent, high-quality products from our integrated poultry supply chain. What you'll be doing Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production workers.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with production schedules. Oversee the sausage and meatball production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. Monitor product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including daily reports, shift logs, and inventory records.

Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and metrics to the Production Manager. What we're looking
