About the role We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join PT Karya Sumber Djati in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimising our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless coordination across all logistics and production planning activities. You will be responsible for managing the flow of materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This role is instrumental in supporting our manufacturing operations and contributing to the company's strategic objectives in the production, planning and scheduling sector. Key responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimise costs across all operations Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels Manage demand forecasting and work closely with production planning teams to align supply with production schedules Monitor supply chain performance metrics and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and service improvements Oversee warehouse and inventory management operations to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient material movement Collaborate with logistics providers to optimise transportation routes and delivery schedules Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies Lead cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function What we're looking
