Kami mencari Technic Operator yang akan ditempatkan di Sidoarjo. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional teknis perusahaan dengan keahlian di bidang teknik elektro atau mesin. Anda akan bekerja dalam lingkungan tim yang dinamis, menuntut kedisiplinan, ketelitian, dan kemauan untuk terus belajar. Sebagai Technic Operator, Anda akan menangani tugas-tugas teknis harian, memastikan peralatan berfungsi dengan baik, serta berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain. Posisi ini terbuka bagi lulusan baru maupun mereka yang telah memiliki pengalaman kerja relevan, dengan kesediaan untuk bekerja dalam sistem shift dan lembur sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; At least 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh graduate are welcome); Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Able to work independently and effectively within a team; Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, attention to detail, and willingness to learn; Willing to work in shifts and overtime; Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo.
