Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in Biomedical Engineering Minimum has one year of working experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply) Have a passion for the healthcare industry Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently. Comfortable interacting with customers. Able to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts or service solutions. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel frequently for customer visits. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Tanggung jawab: Troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of medical Aesthetic device; Make analysis for product troubleshooting; Identify customer needs for replacement parts and preventive maintenance; Prepare quotations and follow up until purchase orders are received; Achieve monthly spare parts sales targets; Monitor customer equipment conditions to identify sales opportunities.
