About the role PT PRIMAJASATAMA GLOBALINDO is seeking a dedicated Information Technology professional to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our higher education institution's technological infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. As an IT professional within an educational setting, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our systems, networks, and technology services enable effective teaching, learning, and administrative operations across the organisation. What you'll be doing Maintaining and managing the institution's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to faculty, students, and administrative staff Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems across the institution Managing user accounts, access permissions, and data security protocols to protect sensitive institutional information Monitoring system performance and implementing preventative maintenance to minimise downtime Supporting the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems and educational technology platforms Conducting regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity Collaborating with other departments to identify technology needs and develop appropriate solutions Documenting IT procedures and maintaining comprehensive records of system configurations and changes What we're looking
