About the Role Join PT Asia Prima Konjac as a TikTok Specialist (Social Media) based in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing TikTok growth strategies, creating and executing engaging content, analyzing performance, and driving audience engagement to support the company's commercial growth. What You'll Be Doing Develop TikTok traffic-driving strategies and content plans for both organic and commercial campaigns. Analyze and evaluate content performance against industry benchmarks, particularly in the Food & Beverage, Health, and Wellness categories. Monitor social media trends and ensure content execution aligns with brand guidelines. Build audience engagement and support lead generation through creative and impactful content. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign execution, visual assets, and communication are delivered effectively and consistently. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, TikTok Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or a related field. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital commerce and social media. Strong understanding of TikTok/ByteDance, Meta, and the latest social media trends. Knowledge of content planning, creative direction, and content production processes. Strong analytical, communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
