Posisi yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan kompetensi staf gerai. Trainer berperan dalam menyusun modul pelatihan, melaksanakan sesi pelatihan, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct training for outlet staffs; Test and create exam questions for staff training; Develop training modules for staffs; Evaluate the effectiveness of training; Perform other tasks related to the position; Ability to explore new technologies and methodologies in learning and training.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields; 1 year work experience as a Trainer in the Retail or F&B industry; Possess Trainer/Facilitator certification (preferred); Willing to be mobile and assigned to out-of-town locations; Able to work optimally, both individually and in teams; Assertive, honest, and possesses strong leadership skills; Knowledgeable in training concepts.
