Lead warehouse operations, optimize inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency while managing a high-performing warehouse team.
Tanggung jawab: Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping; Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies; Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits; Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve operational efficiency; Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely product availability and deliveries; Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of products to minimize damage and loss; Monitor warehouse and prepare operational reports for management; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse processes and productivity.
Kualifikasi: Min Age 30 y.o; Bachelor's degree Logistics, Business Administration is a plus (Other degree is welcome); Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Strong analytical and organizational abilities; Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines; Able to speak English and Mandarin is a Plus.
