Tanggung Jawab

• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities and support marketing strategies
• Process orders, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Coordinate with marketing online teams to execute promotional activities and track results
• Update and editing : product descriptions, images, and content; ensure site compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Ensure secure handling of customer data and transaction processes
• Plan and coordinate live host schedules to ensure smooth and timely live streaming operations
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in e‑commerce operations or online retail administration
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada) is a must
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
