AEO Administrator

Administration 📍 Surabaya, Indonesia We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized AEO Administrator to support our compliance and supply chain operations in Surabaya. This role will be responsible for managing AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) documentation, supporting audit activities, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure adherence to customs regulations and AEO requirements.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy administrative work, document control, compliance monitoring, and working with cross-functional teams. Maintain and organize AEO documents, records, policies, procedures, and compliance databases. Ensure all compliance documents are properly controlled, updated, and readily available for audits and reviews.

Support internal and external AEO audits by preparing required documentation and maintaining audit trackers. Monitor audit findings and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders. Track regulatory updates related to customs regulations and AEO requirements.

Prepare routine compliance reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Coordinate compliance activities, audits, training sessions, and meetings across departments. Support the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain document registers, compliance trackers, and filing systems. Provide administrative support for AEO certification, customs compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Management, or a related field.
