Our company was established since more than 50 years ago, with 1.000 employees and our business is in selling, marketing, distributing water treatment, pharmaceutical, food & beverages, cosmetics, and chemical ingredient products. We have more than 20 branch offices in all big cities throughout Indonesia. With good team work, we strive to work hard with professionalism, integrity and lots of valuable experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Age: Maximum 50 years
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager handling Water Treatment product in the East Java or West Java region and surrounding areas
- Proven experience in managing a team of more than 10 subordinates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and a proven track record of developing effective sales plans
- Creative, innovative, and highly competent in work execution
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive sales growth within the assigned territory
- Must be based in Surabaya or Bandung
