Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Maintenance Assistant Manager role or a similar position
• Have solid experience in managing maintenance and utility
• Strong understanding of ISO Management Systems and their implementation

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and oversee the maintenance function to ensure all machinery, equipment, and utilities are maintained in optimal operating condition through effective preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure implementation Safety work permit, LOTTO, 6S standard and WI in every activity engineering, well manage all machineries production, building, utility machinery, facilities, and support tools in maintenance activities in order to support manufacturi
• Monitoring performance system WWTP and WTP on daily basis and assist the Operational to well perform and meet with local and global standard regulation to outlet effluent
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor scheduled maintenance activities, audits, and resource allocation to maximize equipment reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Develop and manage a competent maintenance team through training, coaching, skill enhancement initiatives, and maintenance of a comprehensive skill matrix to ensure workforce flexibility and capability
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance by analyzing equipment failures, monitoring spare part and component lifecycles, and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs
• Establish, implement, and enforce safe maintenance practices, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and occupational health and safety standards through regular audits, risk assessments, and training programs
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets, and resources, providing recommendations and action plans to improve equipment availability, maintenance effectiveness, and cost efficiency
• Use appopriate PPE as designated area
