Assistant Manager - Mandarin Speaker Placement: Surabaya & Malang Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Fluent in Mandarin, minimum HSK Level 5 or above . Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications. Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Malang .
Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and willing to grow into a professional career in the logistics industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations
- Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support the smooth execution of departmental activities
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination
- Act as a backup support for team members when needed
- Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager
- Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry
