Sebagai Assistant Production Manager dengan kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin, Anda akan mendukung operasional produksi di fasilitas Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, serta melaporkan langsung kepada Production Manager. Perusahaan mencari figur kunci yang memastikan target produksi tercapai dengan menjaga standar kualitas, keselamatan, dan efisiensi, sekaligus menjembatani komunikasi efektif bersama mitra dan manajemen Tiongkok.
Tanggung jawab: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of products; Monitor production processes and machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards; Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste; Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards; Maintain detailed records of production metrics, including output, quality data, and downtime incidents; Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements; Assist in training and supervising production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety; Communicate effectively with Chinese management and technical teams, providing translations and facilitating understanding of production requirements and updates; Support troubleshooting of production issues and work collaboratively to implement solutions; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the production facility.
