Associate Quality Assurance Manager

Join our team as an Associate Quality Assurance Manager and play a key role in ensuring product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across our AMDK manufacturing operations. We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in the AMDK or FMCG industry to lead quality systems and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Assurance system across all manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and business requirements.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, CPPOB, HACCP, SNI, SJPH, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Lead investigations into quality deviations through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Lead, coach, and develop the QA/QC team while fostering operational excellence and a strong quality culture.

Coordinate internal and external audits, monitor Quality KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across all plants. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in the AMDK or FMCG industry, with proven experience leading a team. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GMP, CPPOB, HACCP, SNI, SJPH, and Quality Management Systems. Good understanding of internal audits, Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Familiar with laboratory testing processes, method validation, and quality documentation. Good understanding of food safety regulations, product compliance, and licensing requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
