Indolakto is a prominent company operating within the manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in leading the execution of the Indolakto Excellent Model framework across all operations to drive significant improvements in cost, quality, safety, and delivery performance. The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for aligning manufacturing processes with business goals and customer satisfaction. Key duties include identifying and implementing Lean, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and DMAIC methodologies, as well as developing CI strategies and roadmaps. The role involves identifying opportunities to reduce waste, optimize resources (people, machines, materials), and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while reducing downtime. Additionally, the manager will lead CI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective management of timelines, resources, and budgets.
