We are a logistics company certified with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and AEO, inviting experienced candidates who meet the qualifications to join us as “Customer Service Import (Customs Clearance)”.
Tanggung jawab: Handle import shipment administration and operations from the pre-shipment stage through customs clearance; Review import documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customs regulations, including import restrictions (Lartas) and applicable customs facilities; Prepare customs documentation, including Import Declarations (PIB), in accordance with applicable regulations; Coordinate with shippers/suppliers, importers, and the customs team to ensure smooth documentation and import processes; Provide shipment status updates and maintain accurate records in the company's management system.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education D3/S1 from any major; Good understanding of import procedures as well as regulations and compliance in the customs field; Knowledge of plant import processes (plant quarantine) and/or experience as a Key Account Import in the logistics industry will be an advantage; Familiar with CEISA 4.0 and the preparation of Import Declarations (PIB); Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written); PLACEMENT: SURABAYA.
