Deputy General Manager for Tour Travel

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in managing and developing our Tour & Travel operations. This role will be involved in daily operations, business strategy, sales and marketing, team management, and problem-solving . You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations while identifying opportunities to improve our products, services, and overall business performance. As we are a growing company with plans to expand our business and reach new markets, we are looking for someone who is not only experienced in the industry but also willing to grow and build the company together with us .

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or in the Tour & Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of tour operations and travel business. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and marketing mindset.

Able to work independently and make sound decisions. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative. Able to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.

Good command of English is preferred. Open to all genders.
