Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Possesses 1–2 years of practical experience in software engineering, demonstrating strong capability in utilising programming languages and frameworks relevant to the organisation (e.g., PHP, React, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices, monolithic and serverless architectures, as well as distributed system design
• Capable of making informed and strategic architectural decisions
• Proficient in SQL database design, query optimisation, and data pipeline management
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices, containerization (e.g., Docker), and system monitoring and logging tools
• Demonstrated ability to write, review, and enforce high-quality, performant, and secure code standards

Tanggung Jawab

• Design and deliver scalable, efficient, and secure system architecture
• Lead technical discussions, define technology choices, and uphold high code quality through code reviews
• Actively contribute to core feature development with substantial hands-on coding
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle—from planning and development to testing and deployment
• Champion DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation
• Provide daily technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
• Support project planning, time estimation, and resource coordination
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture and participate in technical interviews and hiring
• Work closely with the Project Manager to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Coordinate with QA to ensure thorough testing and smooth releases
• Communicate progress and technical risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders
