Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Electromechanical, or related majors
• More than 10 years of work experience in automobiles, mobile phones, or consumer electronics
• Experience in large foreign companies preferred
• More than 5 years of management experience
• More than 4 years of experience in automation equipment introduction & maintenance
• 2D/3D design software certification (ProEng/Creo, AutoCAD) if any
• Certification in Automation / Industry 4.0 (preferred)
• Strategic layout & planning capability
• Leadership & team management ability
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 & intelligent manufacturing
• Communication & cross-functional coordination skills

Tanggung Jawab

• Responsible for the introduction, management and maintenance of automation equipment, solve equipment bottlenecks, and OEE and UPH in advance
• Responsible for product production process and technical efficiency optimization management, improve product production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs through lean production
• Responsible for the work of process, equipment, engineering materials, PE, IE, to ensure that the product is put into production and meets the technical requirements of the product
• Maintenance and supervision of facilities for normal operation of supporting factorie
• Developing the Engineering Organization
• Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards
• Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards
