• Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs
• Managing and directing team
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures related to FM responsibilities
• Managing budget as per commercial model
• Managing institution related to facility management such as sub-contractor
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports
• Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes
• Follow thru to any inquiries and solving any facility services problems or issues
• Responsible for continuous monitoring and optimization of the facility performance. This could include provide solution
• Managing facility asset such as inventorying, updating, maintaining, and disposal if needed
• Responsible for people management include team’s competencies, individual performance and development
• Responsible with the health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and their work area within the organization
• Ensure and reminder all subordinates didn’t involve in all anti bribery practices in their daily work
